When you have only a few listings, this can be manageable. When you have many listings, this can become a monumental task - nearly impossible to complete without some outside help.
Economic conditions, however, have made it much harder for agencies and individual agents to hire fulltime assistants to help alleviate their burdens. Real Assistance takes an "ala carte" approach to its services, keeping affordability in mind - whether you are looking for some emergency help in a pinch or a more longterm partnership, we seek to fulfill your needs!
Sample Virtual Tours
One of our specialties is our virtual tours - some of these tours have sold homes sight unseen! For many owners, their homes are their castles and we try to keep this in mind when we exhibit the home, highlighting the positive aspects of the home or property in photos and descriptions. At the present time, full onsite virtual tour creation is only available to Maine realtors - however, if you send us your photos, we can also create a tour for you!
